Returns / Exchanges
Returns and Exchanges are accepted on all items except patterns, books, and open coils of reed, cane or seagrass.
All returns - exchanges must be authorized and accompanied with a copy of the corresponding invoice. Requests for returns - exchanges must be made within 30 days. Just telephone or email to request authorization. Customer will receive full refund or exchange, excluding shipping charges.

All returned items must be in re-sellable condition.
Damaged Items
If you receive damaged items, keep the box and all shipping materials for possible UPS/USPS inspection, and notify us immediately, with in 10 Days.
Shortages / Errors
Any shortages must be reported to us within 10 days.
If an item is sent in error, please notify us immediately. We will do our best to correct the error. Shipping charges will be refunded if it is due to our error.

Shipping Policy
All shipping carriers, including the US Postal Service use Dimensional Weight or Actual Weight, whichever is greater to calculate rates for packages.
Dimensional Weight is calculated by the size of the package: Length x Width x Height divided by a divisor.
As a result, the shipping charges shown on our website are only an estimate.

General Shipping Information
Shipping Charges shown in the "Shopping Cart" are only an Estimate.
Orders are normally shipped within 24 hours.
Our primary shipping carrier is UPS.
Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service.
For International Orders: we will provide you a shipping quote via UPS and the U.S. Postal Service for your approval.
Some "Small" or "lightweight" orders are normally shipped via the U.S. Postal Service.
Payment Options

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is boxed, invoiced, and ready to be shipped.
PayPal:
If you would like to pay with your PayPal account, we can invoice (request payment) you thru PayPal. Upon notification from PayPal that funds have been received into our PayPal account, we will then ship your order. This payment option is available in the Select Your Method of Payment window located on your "Shopping Basket" page.
